				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Since the introduction of pay per click advertising, medical practices have been both lured into and frustrated by Google AdWords.  On the one hand, capturing someone who is searching for “Doctors in Your City” is a hot lead.  On the other hand, many practices have been unable to achieve a positive ROI over the years (causing them to give up entirely).</p>
<p>There are two reasons for this.  Number one, many doctors try to handle it in-house.  This is a huge mistake as PPC is complicated, and there are many nuances to running a profitable campaign.  Similar to how you would frown on a patient diagnosing and treating themselves, only experienced professionals should handle paid advertising campaigns.</p>
